Iain from cheaper-mortgages.co.uk wanted a dead simple, blue and off-white Wordpress theme for his new blog about finding cheaper mortgages. It’s a two columned widget ready theme coded in standards compliant xHTML/CSS.The were only a few requirements for this project. The first one was that it should be in a standard blog format using two columns; one column for the content area and one for the side-navigation.
The second requirement was that there should be a lot of emphasis on the post titles. This was for two reasons, the first being that they just look cool. The second reason was that they should be contained within H1 tags and they should be bold - making them highly visible to search engines.
The third requirement was the colour scheme. Iain wanted a light and professional theme using blue and off-white.
